Cultivating Emotional Resilience as a Woman in STEM is an interactive workshop that explores the invisible pressures women face across STEM fields—from confidence gaps and gendered expectations to chronic stress and burnout.
Inika Mehra will lead the session by merging neuroscience with women’s health and personal experiences. She will guide participants in understanding how subconscious thought patterns influence stress, confidence, and long-term well-being. Through reflection, discussion, and practical tools such as journaling, mindfulness, and neuroplasticity-based practices, attendees will learn to rewire their stress responses, reclaim their self-perception, and build sustainable emotional resilience for personal and professional growth.
